Mitchell Kischnick

Mitchell is a ChannelVantage bloodhound. Driven. Relentless. Never stopping or settling until a problem is solved. That’s because for him, the highest standard is his only standard.

“I really dislike being wrong or doing something incorrectly,” said Mitchell. “That really drives me to learn and focus on completing any and every task assigned to me in the best way possible.”

This push for perfection helps him excel in his role as a governance consultant, driving him to focus, think creatively and collaborate with his team to find innovative and creative ways to get results.

“I’m empowered to solve problems and work through – and around – obstacles all while experimenting with solutions I create or envision contributing to success,” he said.

Mitchell enjoys staying busy and putting his energy into solving problems outside the office, too — whether he’s exploring an escape room with friends or giving back to Special Kids in Action, a non-profit that’s near and dear to him.

But even with this incredible work ethic, he still knows how to relax and have fun. Eddie loves spending his free time swimming, traveling, and taking in Detroit’s architecture.
